4 Months and Growin' Like a Weed

Corban is a little over 4 months and he is growing like a weed! He had a doctor appointment this month. He is 14.5lbs (40 percentile for his age) and 25 in long (56 percentile for age). The doctor told us he is very healthy and he even has two teeth coming in on the bottom! He has to get shots at this visit, he only got 3 out of the 5 needed (he'll get the other 2 in month 5). It was really hard for mom to watch , dad held him down and he screamed for about 2 mins and then fell asleep! He handled it pretty well though!

This month he had his first camping trip (up to Beaver Creek) it was about 30 degrees at night but mom and dad kept him bundled up! He slept pretty good.. mom and dad on the other hand, only got a few hours of sleep! He also went on his first road trip to Lake Havasu. They went up with our church youth group tp help out at an event that Lake Havasu puts on every year during spring break, called "Teen Break". Its to help keep kids out of trouble and provide a positive environtment to hang out in. They spent 3 days up there and on the last day got to take Corban swimming for the first time! They took him to an indoor (heated) pool at the Aquatic Center! Corban enjoyed it, he splashed around and even tried kicking his legs! He did really good on his first road trip!

Corban also tried out his Johnny Jumper for the first time (now that he can hold his head up really good!) and he has a blast! It took him a little bit the get the hang of it but eventually he figured it out! He also learned how to roll over from stomach to back and sometimes he can go from back to stomach! He is growing so much!
